SAVING AT BUDGET RENT A CAR

I used FHTM to save a bunch at Budget Rent a Car

Here is how I did it:

1) I went to the FHTM rewards mall and went to Budget Car Rental
2) Went to the Budget site and made my reservation and I saved 2% and reserved the car for $425
3) Then I went FHTM Budget site and then purchased a $400 in Gift cards which I saved 3%. When we actually go to pick up the car in June, then we'll use the gift cards to pay for the rental!

I got a savings of approximately 5% trough FHTM

When I was looking for car rental rates, I went to my FHTM travel site and searched cars thru Travelocity. Budget was the best rate and I could have booked thru the travel site, but just decided to go thru Budget direct thru the Rewards Mall.
